18 साल से ज्यादा उम्र का कोई भी व्यक्ति अपना खाता खुलवा सकता है। इसमें आप ज्वाइंट अकाउंट भी ओपन कर सकते है। इसमें बैंक की तरफ से नाबालिग का खाता भी खुलवाया जा सकता है। इसके लिए 10 साल से बड़े नाबालिग के नाम से भी खाता खुलवाया जा सकता है।
